I had over a year with them, and more than 20 certificates from training's most of which I took of by choice while on the clock with them just to try to try prove I was task oriented. Somehow it just got to the point where nothing I could do was enough. Don't get me wrong there was a time I genuinely loved working for bloom brothers because of the job itself. Initially this was shared with oncoming staff and then later on was swept under the rug, because they know its not legal to have sound recording. Not to mention they are illegally using sound on their camera recordings. With bloom brothers what you see and are hear is never what you get. They would tell you to take initiative, and then be upset with you for doing so.

They would tell you to feel free to ask to be able to help with certain tasks, and then would say you are unwilling to do the things asked of you. They would allow the use of notebooks or the internet during slow time in the reception area, and then would imply that you are not task oriented when it suits their needs. Some examples of this are that they would tell you to go to the bathroom without announcing yourself, yet later in a staff meeting they would make it clear you need to tell someone when using the bathroom. There are 4 heads to this business, which often times leads to miscommunication that effect the staff and make every day tasks difficult to accomplish without displeasing the higher ups.
